4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pincodes.

  • Please keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.

  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

then re-shipping charges may apply.

For prepaid orders returned due to failed delivery, refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

If the outer package is damaged or tampered:

  • Record an opening video immediately

  • Take clear photos

  • Contact us within 24 hours

Claims without opening video may not be accepted.
